Informational service
Results are estimates derived from third-party measurements, public records and aggregated reports. They are not official, legal or security advice and may vary by network, place, device and time.
Access and server status
Country access and service-server health are separate findings. Missing measurements do not prove access or blocking. Do not rely on BorderPing for emergency, safety-critical or unlawful activity.
User reports
Submit only honest observations. Automated, abusive, defamatory, manipulated or unlawful reports are prohibited. We may reject reports, revise classifications and preserve evidence needed to prevent abuse.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss caused by reliance on a status result.
