Evidence before conclusions.
BorderPing separates observed country access from the current health of a service’s servers.
Evidence
We combine independent network measurements, official restrictions, service-health signals and aggregated community reports. Each source has different coverage and limitations.
Classification
Blocked indicates strong evidence of country-level interference; restricted indicates partial, intermittent or throttled access; accessible means recent measured networks completed relevant tests; insufficient means the evidence cannot support a conclusion.
Confidence
Confidence reflects recency, sample size, network diversity, agreement between sources and test scope. Website tests may not verify login, calls, messaging or every in-app feature.
Corrections
Platforms, network operators, authorities and users may request correction through support@borderping.com. Include the platform, country, networks, dates and supporting evidence. We review material challenges and may update the result and audit record.
